Summer Work outs

Below are the summer workouts listed so far by coaches:  

All Workouts begin the Week of June 6th:


1.  Football:  Monday - Friday  4:00pm to 6:00pm.  All teams.  Meet in the weight room.  For more information, contact Coach Perryman allen_perryman9@yahoo.com.


2. Volleyball: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 11 am.  All teams. Meet in the gym.  For more information, contact Coach Stevens at mfstevens84@gmail.com.


3. Boys Water Polo:  Monday - Friday 6 am to 9 am.  All teams.  Meet at the pool.  For more information, contact Coach Navarro at scottbnavarro99@gmail.com.


4. Girls Water Polo: Monday - Friday 6 pm to 9 pm.  All teams.  Meet at the pool.  For more information, contact Coach Gonzalez at marcg_gds@yahoo.com.


5. Boys Basketball:  Monday and Wednesday 5 am to 7 am. (Varsity only).  Tuesday and Thursday 6 pm to 8 pm (JV and Frosh).  For more information, contact Coach Parker at truballer@comcast.net.

 

6. Boys and Girls Tennis:  Monday - Friday 9 am to 11 am.   Meet at the tennis courts.  All practices are voluntary.   For more information, contact Coach Bunnell at abunnell@hjuhsd.k12.ca.us or Coach Schellenberg at mschellenberg@hjuhsd.k12.ca.us.

7. Boys and Girls Cross Country:  Workouts will begin June 20th at 7 am.   Meet on the track for workouts.  For more information, contact Coach Chambers at wchambers@hjuhsd.k12.ca.us.
