STATEMENT OF NON-DISCRIMINATION: The Hanford Joint Union High School District (HJUHSD) prohibits discrimination, harassment, intimidation and bullying on the basis of actual or perceived characteristics including: physical or mental disability, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, nationality, race or ethnicity, color, ancestry, age, marital or parental status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and/or association with a person or group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics, in any HJUHSD program or activity, which is funded directly by, or that receives or benefits from any state financial assistance, including in its educational programs, activities, or employment policies, as required by state and federal law.
