The HJUHSD Educational Services Department provides leadership and support for teachers by overseeing the development, alignment, and implementation of standards, assessment, curriculum, instruction, staff development, and support services.

📅 Save the Date: 8th Grade Parent Night

This event will give parents & incoming students the opportunity to meet teachers and other staff and receive a better understanding of elective programs and more! 8th Grade Parent Night is NOT mandatory, though we encourage all incoming freshmen families to attend

    • Date: February 11th
    • Location: SPHS Gym
    • Time: 6:00 pm
  • Hanford High 8th Grade Parent Night Details:
    • Date: February 12th
    • Location: HHS Gym
    • Time: 6:00 pm
  • Hanford West 8th Grade Parent Night Details:
    • Date: February 12th
    • Location: HWHS Gym
    • Time: 6:00 pm

📄 New Proof of Residence Requirement for All Incoming HJUHSD Students

Hello Families,

We are implementing a new Proof of Residence process for all incoming students to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for enrollment.

Beginning immediately, families will be required to provide three current proofs of residence as part of the enrollment process. For more detailed information click here.

 Acceptable documents may include:

  • Utility bill (water, gas, electricity)

  • Lease or rental agreement

  • Mortgage statement

  • Government-issued correspondence showing your name and address

Please note: documents must be dated within the last 30 days and include the parent/guardian’s name and residential address.

🎓 Exciting News: Early College Credit Opportunities for Our Students!

We’re thrilled to announce that students now have the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school through our Early College Credit program!

This program allows students to take approved college-level courses and gain valuable experience — all while saving time and money toward their future degree or career pathway.
