Documents Tab: Data Confirmation Process

The documents tab in the Data Confirmation will display documents related to school and your students. Documents under General Documents do not require affirmation. Documents under Required Documents require parent/guardian affirmation.
How to Affirm Required Documents
Check the box for each required document. The document will automatically open in a new tab to give the chance to review it. Once you have reviewed the document, go back to your portal tab and do the same for the next required document.
When you have read each required document, click the "Confirm and Continue" button located at the bottom of all eight tabs to save your work and proceed.
You will then be able to proceed to the next tab: Authorizations.

Bus Transportation Information

Free Meals Flyer

Medicaid Billing Information
Complete the google form if your student has private insurance and you will allow us to submit claims to your private insurance carrier by clicking the link in this form. Your insurance will not be billed unless you choose to respond to this notification.

HJUHSD Dance Expecations (for HHS, HWHS, SPHS, HOC & EFJ only)
Three of the highlights of attending high school are the HJUHSD Fall Formal, Sadie Hawkins, and the Prom. HJUHSD proudly sponsors these dances for students' enjoyment. It is our expectation that students abide by the dance rules outlined in this document. (Only Hanford High, Hanford West, Sierra Pacific, Hanford Online Charter and Earl F. Johnson families will see this form).
