The summer data confirmation process allows you to access all school documents for the 2022-23 school year, update your contact information and more! This is a required process and is conducted mostly online in your Aeries Parent Portal. This process will open to all parents/guardians in July.
For those with a current/active Aeries Portal Account
If you had a student with HJUHSD last school year than you most likely have a portal account already created. To access your portal account follow these steps:
- Go to the HJUHSD Aeries Portal Page: https://hanfordjuhsd.aeries.net/Student/LoginParent.aspx
- Enter the email address you have on file with the school
- Click Next
- Enter your password (if you can't remember your password, click Forgot Password to have the resetting instructions emailed to you).
For those new to the Aeries Portal Account
If you already had an email on file with us (most of you do), then we used that information to create the parent portal account for you. You will receive an email no later than July 8th, 2022 with a subject line of: HJUHSD Aeries Parent Portal - New Parent/Guardian Account Created. This email will include the website address to the Aeries Parent Portal website, your username and your temporary password. If you have not received this email by July 8th, 2022 (and after checking your spam folder) please contact your school site to request the email be resent. If you don't believe you have an email address on file for your student(s), please contact your school site to add it.
In your Aeries Portal Account
Once you have received the email with your login information, you will be able to log on and fill out the Student Data Confirmation Process tabs, which include contact information, medical information, and more.
Once you log in to your portal account, you should be taken straight to the Data Confirmation process. However, you can also follow the steps below to navigate to the data confirmation process:
- Click on Student Info in the sidebar menu
- Click on Data Confirmation
- Complete all eight tabs
- Click Finish & Submit
PLEASE NOTE: The Student Data Confirmation process MUST be completed before walkthrough. Students/parents that have not completed the “Student Data Confirmation” process upon walkthrough will not be able to proceed and will instead be directed to a room where that process can be completed first. A legal guardian is required for this process so students who show up to walkthrough without the “Student Data Confirmation” completed and with no legal guardian present will not be able to participate in walkthrough.

I don't remember my password
Click on Forgot Password and follow the steps sent in your email to reset your password.

It says my email address can not be matched to an account
Remember to use the email that the school has on file for you. A good place to check this is in your ParentSquare account. Once in ParentSquare go to your account page and look at the email address displayed - this should be the email address you use.
If you still are unsure of what email the school has on file, contact your school site to find out:

I can't find the email with my account info
Are you looking for it too early? Remember that you will receive the email no later than July 8th, 2022 so if you were looking for it much earlier, we might not have sent it yet (we are busy making sure it has all of the information you need).
You can search your inbox (there should be a search bar at the top of your inbox page). Search for: HJUHSD Aeries Parent Portal - New Parent/Guardian Account Created. Make sure to check your spam folder!
If you already have an account this email will be out of date because the first time you log in to your account you are prompted to change your password.

I don't have an email address - how do I create a parent portal account without one?
Unfortunately, the Aeries Parent Portal requires an email address. The good news is you can make one for free and with ease by creating a Gmail account. Follow the steps below to create a free Gmail account:
- Go to the Google Create an Account page
- Enter your first & last name
- Enter a username to use to help create the email
- Create a password and confirm it
- Click Next
- You can enter a phone number (helpful to reset your password, but this is optional)
- You can enter a recovery email address (helpful to reset your password, but this is optional)
- Enter your date of birth
- Enter your gender
- Click I agree to the terms & conditions
And now you have an email address and can create a parent portal account. Contact your site to add the email address on file so that we can send the email with the parent portal account information:

My student can't find the data confirmation process in their portal account
This is on purpose! By default, the data confirmation process is only available in the parent portal account as it is only a parent that can complete the process.

Do I have to complete this process for each student?
Yes, you have to complete this process for each student. The good news is that once in your portal account and on the data confirmation page, it's easy to switch between students.
On the data confirmation page you should see a gray bar with your student's name. If you have more than one student associated to your account, there will be an arrow next to your student's name. Click on that arrow and a drop down of all your students will pop up. Click on your other student to fill out the data confirmation process for them.
