• The FSA (Flex Spending Account) can be used to pay for eligible medical expenses, and the DCA (Dependent Care Account) can be used for qualifying child care for eligible dependents.   Both are pre-tax deductions from your pay and are available to all HJUHSD employees.   

    Your FSA contribution is loaded onto a Benefit Card which functions like a credit card.  The full annual contribution is available on day one.  Eligible expenses for the current plan year must have a service date of September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020.  
     
    Your DCA contribution is reimbursed to you as eligible expenses occur and you submit for reimbursement.  You can only be reimbursed an amount up to what is available in your DCA account based upon your monthly contributions.
     
    Enrollment is closed for the 2019-2020 plan year.
